Honestly, Gemma Atkinson jets off to the other side of the world for a holiday and shestill gets papped as she enjoys some R n R.

It’s almost as if she knew the photographer was on the same beach in Cuba, judging by these not-staged-at-all photos of the 'Emmerdale' star.

The actress recently revealed that she hits the gym five times a week, so we’re not surprised to see her looking so fit and healthy.

And she has fiancé Olly Foster to thank for encouraging her to stay in shape - even though it means getting up at the crack of dawn.

"I go to bed at nine as I need to be up at five to go to the gym before work," she told The Mirror.

"In the past, I'd still have been drinking at that time. It's great Olly's into fitness. He's educating me. I feel more confident now than I've ever done."

It certainly shows.

The 30-year-old says taking regular exercise is important after she lost her dad to heart disease when he was just 52.

“I lost my dad to heart disease when I was 17 so since then it’s been a priority of mine to keep myself healthy,” she told The Daily Record.

“I know it’s nice for us to feel good in our bikinis but for me, first and foremost, it’s for my health.”
